Overview:

The ABInBev production facility required protective coatings for its floors and bund areas to withstand chemical spills, heavy loads and constant wear. This demanding industrial environment exposed concrete surfaces to aggressive substances and mechanical stress. The goal was to apply chemical-resistant coatings that protected the concrete, ensured containment and maintained a hygienic, hard-wearing surface.

Approach:

Following thorough surface preparation, our team applied a chemical-resistant coating system engineered for industrial production environments. Bund areas were treated to ensure reliable containment, while production floors received durable coatings able to resist spills, abrasion and demanding cleaning regimes. Works were coordinated around production schedules to avoid interrupting operations.
