Overview:

Baia Mall required extensive concrete repair and recoating across a busy, operational retail environment. Wear, cracking and surface degradation had affected both structural and aesthetic concrete elements throughout the centre. The challenge was to restore and recoat the concrete to a consistent, durable finish while minimising disruption to trading tenants and shoppers.

Approach:

Working in phased, carefully scheduled sections, our team repaired damaged concrete, treated cracks and rebuilt degraded surfaces. Repaired areas were prepared and recoated with hard-wearing protective coatings selected for durability and appearance. Programming works around mall operating hours allowed repairs to progress with minimal impact on daily activity.
