Waterproofing
TCM

Overview:
At the TCM industrial site, concrete surfaces required waterproofing and repair while the facility remained fully operational. Water ingress and deteriorating concrete threatened both the structure and ongoing operations. The objective was to waterproof and repair the affected areas to prevent leaks, protect the concrete and reduce the frequency of future repairs.
Approach:
Our team assessed the site to identify leak sources and areas of concrete damage. Damaged concrete was repaired and cracks sealed before a robust waterproofing system was applied to the affected surfaces. All works were carefully phased and coordinated with site activity to maintain safety and keep the facility running throughout the project.

Technical specifications:
Application: Industrial concrete surfaces
System: Robust waterproofing membrane
Repair: Concrete repair and crack sealing
Coordination: Works phased around live operations
Protection: Long-term leak prevention
Results:
The waterproofing and repair works sealed the affected surfaces and stopped water ingress at the site. Concrete was protected against further deterioration, the frequency of repairs was significantly reduced, and the works were completed without interrupting the facility’s ongoing operations.
